You can benefit from Alternatif Bank Diners Club Card lounges free of charge. Also, holders of Alternatif Bank Diners Club Black Card are allowed to bring 1 guest free of charge.

In order to get free of charge lounge service;

• As of 01.03.2024, spending balance in the current or previous term should be at least 15.000 TL for Alternatif Bank Diners Club Black Cards and at least 10.000 TL for Alternatif Bank Diners Club Platinum Cards. Relevant amounts do not include the use of “Cash Advances” to be made with a Diners Club Card. Transactions must be “purchases”.
• As of 02.01.2020; lounge service will not be available for free of charge for supplementary cards. Virtual cards will not be used for lounge service.
• As of 02.01.2020; free of charge lounge service will be limited to maximum 5 lounge visits in one calendar year.
• If spending balance in the current or previous term is below determined amounts, lounge service will not be available for free of charge. If cut off date of bank statement is desired to be changed, this should be taken into consideration.
• Spending balance in the current or previous term will be considered.
• Spending criteria control does not take refunds and cancellations into account.
• You can change your credit card authorization via Internet Banking or Call Center 4440055.
• Lounge service is free of charge for only once for visits within the same day.
• During lounge visits your available credit card limit should not be fewer than lounge service fee.
• Total shopping transactions of your card during the period for the relevant month in which the lounge is used is calculated.
